It hasn’t been easy finding makeup that doesn’t age me or skincare and hair products that are actually moisturizing enough, or a healthy lifestyle that isn’t just a passing fad.
There’s so much advice on social media, and not all of it works. Life is already stressful.
I’m here to share what has worked for me, what hasn’t, and what I’m still learning. I hope we can grow together and age gracefully form the inside out.
